Management

  • Structure: Central Illinois Angels is a member-led organization that consists of a number of committees and is guided by a seven-member Board of Directors. The committees include:
    • Membership Committee
    • Screening and Champion Committee
    • Due Diligence Committee
    • Negotiations and Governance Committee
    • Finance Committee

  • The Board of Directors is led by the following Officers:
    • President - Chuck Weaver
    • Vice President & Secretary - Dave Parkinson
    • Treasurer - Janice Zagardo
    • Investment Relations - Stan Lynall

  • Administration
    • Although Central Illinois Angels is a member-led organization, it does rely on staff from the Bradley Technology Commercialization Center and The Heartland Partnership for a number of screening and administrative activities.
